Quite the different ecosystem from the tropical waters of Costa Rica.

It'll be swimming ON the surface for Alma

Alma will stay swimming ON the surface.

  3. I will agree with Alma-I would rather stay on the surface. It sure looks fun though!

  4. The sea urchin in black and white is stunning. Great photos, and Alma is gorgeous!

Great underwater pictures and Alma looks like she’s got the best spot 🙂

Wouldn’t want to bump into that sea urchin!

Love the under water pictures. Did poor Alma get splashed by a wave?

  8. KB says:

Those are beautiful photos. I agree with Alma… I’d stay on the surface!

  9. As I was scrolling down I was wondering how you got the photos! The Lingcod looks just about big enough to swallow Alma! Love the sea urchin. It’s amazing what lives in the sea.

The lingcod are huge – gross, but huge! (About 5 feet long, average.) We have an underwater camera and a waterproof GoPro for diving – but the underwater pictures have a steep learning curve!

  10. Gorgeous. Looks like you both had fun in your respective ways.

  11. Those are awesome photos, looks like you had a great time!

  12. Awesome diving pictures!!! Was Alma confused? Like, why did the human disappear under the water??? Or are these two separate shoots?
